How long does my order take to arrive?

We prepare the order within 24-48 working hours and it reaches you in 9-12 business days. We email you the tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

How much is shipping?

United States: free, with no minimum order, and any customs duty is already included in the price — nothing is charged to you on delivery. Spain: free as well. Rest of the European Union: 6.95 EUR, and free over 79 EUR.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 30 calendar days from delivery. See the detail in our refund policy.

How does the electric shaker work?

Fill the cup with water or milk up to whichever mark you want, add your scoop of protein and hold the button for two seconds. In about 15 seconds you have a completely smooth shake, with no clumps and no shaking.

Does it work for oat shakes or thick formulas?

Yes. It is not a blender: it will not crush whole fruit or ice.

How does it charge?

Over USB, with the same cable you use for your phone. It does not take batteries.

Is it dishwasher safe?

The motor part is not. The cup washes by hand in seconds thanks to the wide mouth, and rinsing it right after use works best.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna (to pay in instalments), all through secure payment gateways.
