SHAKO started from something very specific: nutrition and training almost never fail for lack of willpower. They fail because of the small annoyances that pile up — the lumpy shake, the bottle you have to rattle for thirty seconds, the metal ball clanging around the locker room.

We are not a big sports equipment brand. What we do is pick a few products, test them, and tell the truth about them.

How we work. We prepare your order within 24-48 working hours and it reaches you in 9-12 business days. We email you the tracking number as soon as it ships, so you always know where it is.

And if it is not for you. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to send it back. No arguments.

We do not promise to transform your body in a week. We promise that what we sell you does what we say it does.
