Data we collect. When you place an order or subscribe to our emails, we process: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number and order history. Payment details are processed directly by Shopify Payments and are never stored on our systems.
Why we process it:
- To manage and ship your order.
- To answer questions and complaints.
- To send you marketing emails, only if you have given your express consent.
Legal basis. Performance of the contract of sale (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, for marketing emails, your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention. Data is kept for as long as there is a commercial relationship and afterwards for the statutory limitation periods (for tax purposes, generally 4-6 years).
Sharing with third parties. We share only what is strictly necessary with: Shopify (the store platform), our logistics provider (for delivery) and Shopify Payments (to take payment). We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own advertising.
Your rights. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to ritmicfit@gmail.com. If you are in the European Union you may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe we have not handled your request properly.
