Terms of service

Purpose. These terms govern the purchase of products through this store, owned by Armand Hernández.

Buying process. By adding a product to the cart and completing payment, you accept these conditions. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.

Prices and taxes. Prices shown in euros include the applicable VAT (21% in Spain). Prices shown in US dollars are for customers in the United States and include the customs duty on import; any state or local sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete the purchase.

Availability. We work with external suppliers. In the exceptional case that a product is not available after purchase, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Payment methods. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and Shop Pay through secure payment gateways. SHAKO never stores card details.

Right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy.

Dispute resolution. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Customers in the European Union may use the European Union online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes. SHAKO may update these terms. The version that applies is the one in force at the time of purchase.
